Breast Cancer Resource Center: Art Bra Event
OVERVIEW
Breast Cancer Resource Center is an amazing organization that offers a comprehensive community of support including support groups, online communities, classes, resource videos, and blogs that help address the different stages of cancer, phases of treatment and survivorship. BCRC has an annual gala to support their mission, Art Bra, and they were seeking support for creative concepting of their upcoming event.
CHALLENGE
Develop a cohesive branding strategy for their pre-established theme“Austin's Hollywood Stars, Lights, Camera, Art Bra,” including promotional materials to ensure seamless visual identity across various platforms. The design will reflect the inspiring gala experience, while integrating the Hollywood theme with the core mission of raising awareness and funds for breast cancer.

Before I dug into marketing materials, I wanted to understand the root of the theme "Austin's Hollywood Stars: Lights. Camera. Art Bra." I love to use moodboards to help guide discussions on creative direction with clients. I used different imagery, colors, adjectives, and fonts to help us get on the same page.

Once the theme was solidified and the creative concept was elaborated, it was time to create all the necessary marketing assets for Breast Cancer Resource Center to have a successful event.

The BCRC team was in a point of transition and needed support in making accessible designs for anyone on the team to access while they filled their marketing positions.
I ensured the team was comfortable with the deliverables and felt empowered to adapt and make edits as needed. This included fonts they would have access to, royalty-free high-quality imagery, and engaging social media assets.
