brand identity
OVERVIEW
A client was starting her own private practice as a therapist and needed a fresh brand identity.
CHALLENGE
I needed to help her develop an identity separate form her name that set her apart from other practicing therapists in the area. She specializes in helping young adults through recovery and life transitions, so this branding needed to be welcoming, fresh, and appeal to a gen Z audience.

Finding therapists these days can be incredibly overwhelming.
That is why it was important to create a brand that felt genuinely welcoming, personal, and approachable to new and existing clients.
Feeling lost in your own mental health journey can feel dark. Seeking help, building your mental toolbox, and working through life's transitions can create the much needed light in your life.
After thoughtful discussion, we landed on the name
Bright Therapy.
moodboard
concepting
Before I got too far with Bright Therapy branding, I wanted to ensure I captured all that she envisioned. I love to use moodboards to help guide discussions on creative direction with clients. I used different imagery, colors, adjectives, and fonts to help us get on the same page.
logo design
It was important to the client to have branding that felt warm, personal, and different from other therapists personal brands. We were seeing a lot of plant and landscape-based designs -- I thought it could be interesting to go the celestial route. We came up with this sun motif as a guiding light (pun intended, sorry!) for the rest of the graphics.

website design
Therapy can be tricky and confusing. Bright Therapy wanted a simple, beautiful, and intuitive website that got potential clients the information they needed. I was able to help with copywriting, user experience guidance and a dynamic design that kept site visitors engaged.
